This is, unquestionably, the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in.They originally put me in a room that smelled like cigarettes had been smoked, recently. There were cigarette burns in the bedspread. I took pictures for later. I went down to the office to see about getting another room. I asked if the room, I was given, was non smoking. Sir, all of our rooms are non smoking. It smelled like people smoked in there, like it was their job. I asked if she had ever been in room 205 and she said no but she would go and check it out. When she went in, she said that they can't be responsible for other people smoking in the room and that she wouldn't charge me for the damage to bedspread. Really??
She did give me another room, which anlso had cigarette burns in the bedspread. I showed them to her as well and again she assured me that I would not be charged for them. She said there were no more rooms and I'd have to take this one. I didn't have time to argue and the whole town was out of vacancies, so I left for the event that I was in town for.
Several hours later, I returned to room and pulled back the sheets, to find what looked like blood stains on them. I brought this to managers attention, and she asked me which sheet so she would know which to replace. I said, how about all of them? Then she asked me if I could change the sheets, myself.I said of course. I asked if there could be some kind of discount offered or refund, now for all of this craziness and she said no and left.
