It was just an ok hotel. I was struggling with a luggage cart and carrying breakfast for my husband, who was sick in the room. An employee came out of the elevator while I was trying to go in. The proper thing to do was to hold the door open for me while I got the luggage cart and food in the elevator. But NO, he couldn't be bothered. The elevator shut as I was pushing the cart in, orange juice went flying, and he still didn't help. 2 kind guests helped me instead. They even went out of their way and accompanied me all the way to my room.

Our room was not properly cleaned before checking in. There was a drawer that had medications left from prior room guests and there was a used bar of soap in the shower. Our room key card did not work the first night and had to go down to have it reactivated. Upon returning to our room for second night of our 2 night reservation, our room key card did not work again. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable and the floor behind the chair had obviously not been vacuumed in some time. Received a phone call within an hour of checking out saying we left our medication in the room. Thoroughly disappointed after the reviews indicated “Excellent” rating!

A pleasant stay. Only complaint is that the kitchen ran out of butter because the delivery truck was late. When that happens someone should have the authority to run to a store and buy what is needed. Other than that everything was great. I would go back.

Hot showers and a comfortable bed are important when working a show. Both were excellent. Our stay would have been even better if the air conditioner worked properly. Once someone looked at it the performance improved but still could have been better.
