This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We were told they had 7 rooms available and were given a confirmed room. Then, at 10pm the next night, we were suddenly told they couldn’t accommodate us after all. There was absolutely no communication beforehand — despite multiple interactions with staff. No phone call. No text. Nothing to let us know the room hadn’t actually been secured.
The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional when we tried to get clarification. Instead of taking responsibility, they acted like the situation was our fault.
To make matters worse, we paid for a late checkout and staff still entered our room at 10am. It felt intrusive and disrespectful, especially after already having such a chaotic stay.
Overall, this was anything but relaxing. We left feeling stressed and incredibly disappointed. I would not stay here again.
