This hotel is fantastic, and the location is unbeatable! The free bus transportation makes it incredibly easy to get around town. I will absolutely stay here again!

Overall this was a decent stay. The gentleman that checked us in seemed rather tired and out of it when we got there around 3pm. He didn't know how to assign us our digital key in the Bonvoy app which was a bit of a let down. Later that day we requested a couple more coffee pods from the same front desk guy. He said he would have housekeeping deliver them but it never happened. The room itself was pretty decent. A broken door handle on the closet. The toilet would run and refill itself every 10 minutes or so which caused us to keep the bathroom door closed overnight. There as a broken hinge for the door under the kitchen sink as well as a circuit that was blown that disabled quite a few power outlets. I later opened the panel and reset the breaker switch myself. Overall for the price it was a decent stay until you include the silly parking fee which doesn't make much sense at all to have. The pillows were ok, the mattress was pretty stiff and you could really feel and hear the springs when you moved. The highlight was the really nice lady that handles the breakfast buffet. Speaking of the breakfast itself was really good as well. In the end I would say about a 7 out of 10 for this price range of hotel. I would stay here again if needed, but would not be my first choice.

The front desk staff was so attentive and was accommodating when we needed to switch from a studio to a 1 bedroom. The 1 bedroom layouts are nice and spacious which is very convenient if you have a baby. The breakfast was good and had a ton of options, which you don’t normally see. Would stay here again!
