The staff were amazingly welcoming and pleasant! The dinner and breakfast could compete with the best hotels in the largest cities. The scenery is other worldly. Peace permeates the whole place. You can't choose a better hotel in the area.

Excellent location, next to the slopes. You also get a sizeable discount on the skipass. Nice room for myself and my son, good breakfast. Staff is very kind. Only down point is that you only learn about having to pay for the SPA after you booked (not a big deal, but I ended up not using it).
