The staff here is fantastic and exceedingly accommodating. Convenience to my office IAD and other amenities was a plus. May be making this my regular place to stay on work trips going forward.

Great choice for family

I had to stay for 4 night. The place is secure and good for family. I think dishwashers and other equipment need to be checked before renting. The breakfast is below expectations and it lacks any gluten free options. The reception supervisor is a great guy and helped fixing some hurdles that I encountered.

Outstanding stay at HYATT house Sterling/Dulles

HYATT house Sterling/Dulles Airport-North has an excellent stay! My entire family loves HYTT house. Our stay was so excellent that we extended by one week. The staff we encountered were very professional and friendly. Room service at HYATT house is outstanding! We didn't know hotels were doing room service any longer.

Would recommend the Hyatt House Dulles-Sterling

I was extremely satisfied with our stay. Room was clean and accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately the location was a bit isolated and we were not near any restaurants. Only a sheets. Other than that we were completely satisfied with our stay.

Great kitchenette

The room was spacious and the kitchenette was really well stocked (pots, pans, storage containers, etc). The bed and linens were really comfortable. The gym was a standard bare bones hotel gym. The only downside was breakfast. It felt like an afterthought.

Everything was very nice. The Employee ate the front desk was very professional and well mannered. The room was well furnished which included your own kitchen with dishes. Everything was very nice. I didn't get a chance to visit your bar service because I had gone to visit with my family and came back late.

Convenient

Nice hotel but I was shocked having to pay $10 a day for parking. Bed was a tad bit hard and pillows a little soft. Limp bacon. But overall good. And the Sheetz is right next door which is convenient. Oh and when are hotels going to install USB ports?

Television didn't work ,air conditioning didn't work contacted front desk, wasn't resolved. Went out at 9a m returned at 6pm room had not been cleaned was told they didn't have anyone in housekeeping too do it. My rate was to include parking but they charged me 20 dollars I was so fed up I just left , PS breakfast was not worth going to
