Shuttle terrible, hotel good.
Generally the stay was good and the location was okay although many businesses in the area have closed down. Nice run paths nearby. The biggest issue with this place was the airport to hotel shuttle driver. He was very rude, yelled at me and drove very fast (at one point 60 in a 40). Despite booking the hotel because of the service, I took a rideshare the next day.

I have a major complaint. Could not get hot water in the bath tub/shower. I told them the first day and they did nothing. I had to go down to the front desk. They sent someone to fix it. I waited nearly an hour before I could get some form of temperature water that would’ve been comfortable to take a shower. There was no apology. There was no compensation.

The place was great: clean, spacious and with access to amenities. The staff was very helpful but I didn’t appreciate one night receptionist sitting on a chair in the lobby and loudly listening to his music on the phone while another music was playing gently over the main sound system. Couldn’t focus on reading. Even though the man was available to assist with anything, his sitting sloppily in that chair and listening to the music came across unprofessional.

It was good. Quick check-in, clean room and restroom. Breakfast was good. The only feedback is I didn’t know we had to put our names on list for shuttle. We came on the shuttle was this should’ve been communicated l. Good thing we had called the reception and got down early
