I will not ever return! I arrived around 2am and nobody was at the desk. I called the phone and finally woke up the night auditor who was sleeping in the back office. Then I get to my room. The key doesn’t work! I go back to the desk and wake him up again for a replacement. I walk back to the other building where my room is and turn on the lights….ROACHES EVERYWHERE. The room was filthy with dirt and dust everywhere, crayon marks all over the walls, random crumbs on the floor

The room was a nice size and clean. It could use a new carpet and some repairs, but generally not a problem. I had a comfortable stay. The gym was tiny and most of the free weights were missing. But the machines did work. Overall fine and good value for the money

The security door was broken and ajar. Anyone could walk in. The smell of the dirty carpets was the next assault on the senses. The "efficiency " of the extended stay had zero pots, pans, utensils. Limited TV access. There was a toaster and a single cup coffee maker. At least the bed was clean. The sofa was so stained i was afraid to sit on it. Never again will go. It is an inexpensive room but GOOD Lord, you would think being part of a very high end shopping experience, the owners would try a bit more.

Nice looking quiet property, & nice rooms with living room/bedroom, kitchen & bath. I really liked the heating & a/c unit - very effective and much quieter than these units usually are - slept very well in the comfortable bed. TV offered nice selection of channels. Well kept room, but lots of wear & tear showing. Check-in took forever because the computer system did not work. And I saw live roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. For the price it's a good place to stay -- just not for the faint of heart!

Arrived for check-in, after the scheduled time frame to do so. Computer systems were down and waited an hour to finally get a room even though I had prepaid. Staff was accommodating after the technical glitch, but the room condition was a different story. Limited kitchen amenities for an extended stay, no silverware or dish cleaning supplies. Bathtub caulking and baseboards covered in black mold. Bifold closet doors not even installed, just laying inside the closet itself. Exterior windows have no screens, do not lock or stay propped open. Don't look in the toilet bowl if the lid is open. I made this mistake while taking a bath or felt sick. Bed mattress and pillows were decent quality. TV input controls are locked, so you can't plug in an HDMI to watch movies from a computer and the provided cable or satellite service is very spotty when it does work. Wi-Fi speeds were acceptable. Probably would not stay again unless it was the last hotel within a hundred miles.
