Great all-inclusive hotel with indoor pool, restaurants, and laundry facilities. It felt more like a resort than a hotel. Very grateful for the experience after multiple delays and cancelations at Dulles.

We checked in around 11pm and checked out around 7am. We had a long day of traveling and had just gotten in to IAD. A clean room, a comfy bed, and a good shower were the requirements, and we got all three. Perfect airport hotel as far as I'm concerned.

The hotel staff were not so...

It seems like a hotel where many airline pilots and flight attendants stay. They are very friendly to them, but they treat regular customers so-so. The answers I got when I asked about breakfast, airport shuttle, and hotel amenities were a bit disappointing. I don't think I would choose this hotel again if I go to Washington next time.
