This is a basic hotel but meets the requirements for business or leisure travel. The staff is friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well furnished. Breakfast was simple, but offered good options. The hotel is mostly surrounded by an office park, but a few restaurants are within walking distance. There are lots of shopping and dining options within a very short drive. It is close to the Washington Dulles airport.

The hotel needs renovation. They have a bad smell in the room and I’m guessing it’s the carpet. The other room has a very strong smell which is from the bleach. Regardless, the carpet is not well cleaned and it’s emitting smell. Also, there’s no air exhaust as the windows are shut closed. I asked if we can pop it open but the older Indian guy said there’s no way to open the windows even just to pop it open for the fresh air to come in the room as it’s smelled muggy.

Room was huge and nice. Could use updating the bathroom and close it off with the vanity. Can't turn on the light and use the sink when someone with you is sleeping. Elevator is really slow we had to use the stairs a couple of times.

We reserved 2 double beds room, staff told us they were sold put, and that our reservation isn't guaranteed since we used a third-party app. I explained to them that me and my family were upset about their remarks. Staff replied they we should complain to Expedia.com. That was not very nice if they use their services they should respect the advertisement through the app.

No cleaning service throughout our 3 night stay, so had to ask for refresh of towels. Sheets on pull out couch had holes in them, and there was no additional blanket for that bed. Breakfast was simple, but good. Staff was pleasant

Slept Well

TV went out on the second day and the shower leaked the whole time we were there. One elevator was out of service, so maintenance is/needs to take place. Otherwise, hotel served its purpose and we were able to sleep well.
