Always praise this hotel but on this occasion i felt let down. We were put on lower ground floor for dome reason and it was noisy most of the night. Got up went for breakfast and it was chaos, no orange juice had to wait for bacon to be brought out. Went back to room but found people walking around corridor with plates of breakfast, it was getting dropped on corridor carpet. I stay here regularly and always give 5* ive booked again for december and january so i will give it a go see if it improves ....still friendly staff and great location so perhaps a one off lowering if standards

Overall good stay and staff was very good. Parking is an issue #1. Had to park like 5 mins walk away. Area is bit dodgy at night time but that is expected as being city center.

Good for stopover and rail access
Nice hotel that’s handy for the train station. Had a lower ground floor room, so a little noisy. Good breakfast.
