Staff weren't friendly. We were short of some items ( tissues, towels) and we requested from Reception but they weren't privided. The room wasn't cleaned during our stay despite requesting for it to be cleaned. The sink was blocked. The only one good about the hotel was their breakfast. Overall, disappointed.

The rom was absolutely freezing the heater they put in anly worked for 5 mins. Then would not come back on for hours. Not a place I would go again. I found it terrible
