the kiosk check-in experience was unusual and uncomfortable. it lacked privacy for the person checking in.. I wondered where the person checking us in was located..India??? It seemed that every person prior to our check in had a new person (remotely) that was checking them in . It felt uncomfortable. The room itself was in need of repairs. The ceiling fan was missing a blade and could not operate safely. Window shear was torn. Tub drained very slowly. Basic amenities were provided and were adequate. Breakfast was up to the standard that is expected of lodging establishments. .

The bathrooms were filthy, the bedrooms smelled funny as did the hallways and the ceiling fan in the room looked like it was about to fall off of the ceiling. It was not a good experience at all so we checked out a night early.

For some weird reason, we had to step over a balled up disgusting dirty towel on the floor when entering the hotel lobby, which was still there when we left the next morning. Check-in was on a kiosk, that you don’t see in the hotel pictures.

Maybe checking in with someone on a screen, wherever they were located, coding my own room keys, with an empty front desk is shading my view but I didn't enjoy the stay. The property felt shabby- kind of clean (if that's a thing). One room had stains on the wall with a missing chair. The bathrooms were super tiny. This property would be OK as a quick pass thru for a night, however I'd still probably stay somewhere else.

There was no person to check you in. You had to do it through a kiosk. There’s no elevator in this place. The door has gaps all around it making an unsafe. The entire property looks dingy and not well kept. Stayed there due to the high stars rated on Expedia, but they were completely wrong and unexpected. Food for breakfast was also terrible and fake.

Rooms 102 snd 103 needs just a “refresh” but nothing major. This said let’s talk about those beds!!!!!!!!!!!! These beds are clouds in a mattress for both rooms. These beds are pure comfort. You’ll not go wrong and you’ll sleep like a baby.

The hotel itself was horribly dirty and disgusting. I was there for six days and they never cleaned my room once or gave me clean towels. In fact the whole time I was there, I never saw anybody clean ever. You can never find anybody that worked there except for the guy sleeping in the janitor closet. On our first day there our toilet was clogged so my husband went to find a plunger. He opened up the janitor closet, and a man was sleeping on the floor in the janitors closet. The hot breakfast is disgusting. The only thing I tried to eat from there was a waffle, but it tasted like sourdough bread.
