Overall a great stay. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were spacious. Hotel had a nice cozy atmosphere. Our visit was short but the staff we interacted with during that time were so friendly. The fitness center had a decent amount of equipment. Small but sufficient. The only somewhat negative aspect was that our bathroom had a mildew smell to it. I don’t believe it was the towels and rather something within the shower. Perhaps the curtain? It was noticeable enough that I could smell it each time I walked into the bathroom. Nothing was visibly dirty or obvious and we only stayed one night so it was manageable.

So Excellent! We stay in alot of hotels and yours felt like luxury! Fast and kind check-in, overly spacious room and bathroom. The beds and bedding might have been the best ever at a hotel and we LOVED the whirlpool tub. Woupd only stay here when in Point from now on. Thank you!

The 2 room suite was great. Our kids obsessed over having their own space and gave mom and dad their space. The vending machines, owned and operated by the hotel, were pathetic. More than 50% of items were sold out. No card readers, only take 1s, no chips, no pop, no health food, no popcorn, and the selection numbers on one machine werent even correct. So much room to improve this aspect.
