Hotels.com and this hotel suck!
Before i arrived at the hotel, i received a phone call from one of people at the hotel. He told me that the hotel was full and he was cancelling my reservation, except he never actually cancelled it. I was able to find another hotel for the night but still had to pay for this room and hotels.com (Expedia) will not refund me.

We booked our room last minute for an overnight stay after an OSU game. We were very happy with our room. The staff was friendly, the room felt brand new and the bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

Our visit was a great surprise! We will definitely choose to stay here in the future! The hotel was beautiful and had great food and service. Friendly staff, in all areas. Clean, comfortable and everything we wanted. The spa was being worked on but the pool was still useable. Workout room, and areas you could hangout in with friends and family before and after the football game were a bonus. Comfortable beds, and couldn’t hear the neighbors. Loved everything about our stay!
