This poor hotel is in great need of an upgrade. The hotel manager was nice, but hot tub was filled in with cement, tv didn’t work, got moved to another room. Strange smells. The location is excellent though!

Close to unique restaurants, felt safe, very pretty lobby, friendly staff. Only thing we noticed is bathtub didn't drain right, very slow. But nice room, clean, & comfortable bed & pillows.

Very dirty

The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was filthy — easily the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The only bright spot was the kind lady working the breakfast area. I have warned others of the condition and I won’t be coming back. Wished I would have taken more photos. That valance was the first thing you see.

This hotel does need some repair work done on the carpets and in the bathrooms. Beds are average, not that comfortable. Breakfast is average. Hard sometimes to locate staff that is supposed to work the front counter.

Im disappointed with the stay that I had here. We had other guests knocking on our door at 2am. The hotel wasnt in good repair. It smelled bad as other visitors have reviewed. Because of all of the above I didnt feel safe. The walls are really thin we could hear everything happening outside of the room. The staff were polite and the breakfast was good.

Desperately needs remodeling. Our room smelled like cigarettes. Our bath tub was moldy. The Mirror was in bad shape. Will not stay there again. They also up the rates during special Olympics so we paid $150 per night. Not worth it. Should be half that for the condition of the property. The lobby is nice just really dated.

Avoid this hotel

The hotel needs a major renovation. When I entered the lobby is had a musky odor to it probably from the algae in the pool. The light fixtures in the room kept flickering might be electrical shorts. The carpet outside the room was always soaked with water. Finally, the room had no chair for the desk, which made it difficult for me to do some work from the hotel. I found the clerk was unprofessional and surly. I have been to Stillwater many times and will never stay at this hotel again. The owners apparently don’t care about maintain a good establishment.
