We booked two nights and refused to stay the second night. We found another hotel in town. We are very frugal but we literally paid for a second hotel. The poor staff did their best but were overwhelmed. We waited for nearly 30 minutes with not a soul in sight at check in. Finally someone came down and apparently had been having to help housekeeping. Not her fault. Homeless men walking in and out of lobby. So run down. Needs to be closed and completely renovated. Why in the world would Wyndham be ok with having their name on this property?

Close to the colege so easy access. Wish they wouldn't raise theie rates so high just for family weekend at the college but all the surrounding ones did too.

We arrived around 10 p.m. to check in, only to discover our room was not ready. When I opened the door, there was woman already inside. We startled each other, and she told me I definitely did not want to go in there and this room would not be accessible. We were then reassigned to another room. However, when the elevator doors opened, we were met with a pit bull in the hallway and an overwhelming smell of smoke that reeked of skunk. The smoke detectors had been dismantled, with wires hanging from the walls, an alarming safety hazard. At that point, I simply placed our room keys on the front desk. The receptionist, who was very kind and professional, immediately understood why we could not stay. As a parent with three children, there was no way I could expose them to such unsafe and unsettling conditions. This experience was unacceptable and deeply concerning.

Hotel needs to be renovated

The property is outdated. It is kind of run down and dirty. The room was ok and the bedding was clean, but the A/C blows directly on one of the beds. The net is that the condition of this property does damage to the Wyndham brand! It is time to put money into that property and renovate it!!!

Staff is great. Location is close to campus. It is a much older property in need of a facelift. The room order was strong enough I had to go good air freshener to put on the AC vents.

This hotel needs to be completely gutted or torn down and rebuilt. The rooms were musty, dark, and felt damp. The room we had was clearly once a smoking room that they tried to cover up with a sickly sweet room spray. The toilet would not flush the morning after our first night which was the last straw. We cancelled our second night which they gracefully understood, and moved to a different hotel. The staff were wonderful, however. I felt bad for them - they didn’t have much to work with, as hard as they tried.

This hotel is so run down. Bugs in the bathroom, toilets don’t flush, bathtub had a big crack in it and the bottom of pool had something in it all over. We actually moved to a different hotel the 2nd night. It was the worse hotel I have ever been I.

Stayed 2 nights. The beds were comfortable. Some of the staff was friendly others not so much. The inside had such a strong smell I got a headache upon entering. Thankfully the rooms didn’t smell. Pool and hot tub closed, ice machine broken and breakfast was blah. Anytime you needed someone at front desk no one was there you had to call

Needs a complete remodel & overhaul.

Certain parts smelled of weed. Staff weren't dressed very professional (Most wore normal everyday t-shirts). The 1 morning we were there, their oven was broken. Sign only said "Sorry oven broken". Not a pleasant start of the day when we were there to move our daughter to college. I didnt take a picture but there was a unopened can of sliced beets on the table near the elevator along with a small closed disposal coffee cup. The door to our room (#227) had to be shoved to open with a shoulder due to either misalignment, poor too much paint. Also in our rm, 1 of the sheer curtains had multiple big holes in it. I could fit my arm thru 2 of them. We arrived after 7pm, so didn't get to experience the pool but could tell the bottom needed resurfaced as the paint was peeling.

The positive thing at this property is the staff. So friendly and accommodating. The website is not accurate. There is no spa and hasn’t been for a year. The pool was down our entire stay. They were waiting on a delivery of chemicals? The pictures of the breakfast are also not accurate. There’s no waffle maker. No individual cereal choices.
