NEVER AGAIN!!!
A local community page hyped this property up so we thought we’d do a weekend away w/o the kids, huge disappointment! For starters even though we already paid they charged our card the full amount instead of just incidentals so we have to wait 3-5 days to get back. The fire alarm went off 2x, we had to get up get dressed and go down just to be told they think kids were possibly pulling the alarm. There was a party going on in the event space (event space is amazing) which had the elevator and hallways stinking of marijuana. Last and certainly not least the beds were as hard as a rock!!! We will not be staying here again. This establishment just opened a day or 2 before our stay so I would have expected them to wanna impress their guests. The cleaning staff was kind.

Came to the hotel at 12:30 am with the family and the doors were locked and no one was at the front desk. Spent an hour with Expedia and Hilton support trying to get help and finally got refund and went to neighboring hotel at higher price. Disappointing experience.
