This room was...different, but all we were looking for was a comfortable, clean stay for a single night and this place delivered way above expectations. Seriously high quality bedding! Convenient location for public trans or even just walking.

This is my second stay here and the property just opened a few weeks now. Everything about this property is perfect. The staff, the location, the cleanliness, the beautiful rooms, the public space and vibe here is just amazing. I can’t remember the English guys name at the check in but he is Ace. Supermarket within feet and lots of restaurants including food truck for authentic food and if you need a McDonald’s fix… right there also. I’ll def return next time I am in town.

When we arrived at this hotel, we asked to cancel a 5 night stay within one hour of arriving because there were no public rooms to visit with friends in the evenings, the rooms were super small, and there were no temperature controls except opening a window to noisy street noise. We were told by the receptionist that she couldn't do anything and we had to talk to the manager the next morning. Then the manager conveniently wasn't available the next morning. We were told we couldn't get money back for any of our nights, even though we did not have nonrefundable rooms. This place was not worth the amount of money they charged us!

Dubbelsängen placera tätt intill vägg, svåråtkomligt för inre sovplats. Ingen läslampa vid denna sovplats. Den andra läslampan var så svag att det inte gick att läsa. Badrummet saknar avställningsytor, tvättstället lutar framåt så saker ramlar ne i handfatet, toarullen placerad så långt bak att man behöver vara akrobat för att nå denna. Lampan i spegeln funkar inte trots personalens koll. Felplacering av all möblemang i förhållande till ytan

The staff were very polite. Friendly and helpful. Our superior room was a decent size for stockholm for 5 nights. Views excellent from the room. The beds are comfortable and room temperature also. The shower/bathroom was clean and well maintained. The breakfasts are great, with plenty of room and a nice relaxed vibe.

The lady who checked me in was very helpful.
