Exceptional Value for money. Only downfall for the Property is Quality of Room service. Tastless and dessert was not Biscoff Gelato Tasted like Cheese Cake

Easy check in process, clean room.

We have stayed before and were impressed by the cleanliness. The staff are wonderful and helpful with everything. Would recommend it to everyone.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, let us check in early when we arrived from WA. Would recommend staying here again.

Booked well in advance for two nights and, once again, put in a suite at the far rear of the property. Is this because I booked through a booking site and not directly with the Majestic?? The suite was fine, if in a claustrophobic annex, compared to the main building. No charging options for phone, tablet etc if you don't bring your own. THERE WAS NO WIFI CONNECTION AT ALL IN MY SUITE. I re-checked with reception to ensure I had the correct password. Still no connection! When checking out, I mentioned there was no wifi and was told, "Oh, yeah, it's not working back there." This would have been relevant information in my two earlier interactions with the front desk. The property was obviously not fully booked, so an offer of a room with wifi would have been appreciated. Caution to those who need wifi for work!! Free city bus at the front door is excellent.
