The place was the worst hotel I ever stayed at it roaches and look like bed bugs . The AC didn't work and it smelled really bad . .

Stay was not amazing. But not the worse. The main poor things are. Building maintenance poor cable not clear. & Dark. Few available channels showing old episodes. Some of the negatives were my fault for not asking for corrections, but they were not that important to me. The staff were very friendly ,& helpful when I did ask. I felt very safe in my room they have security staff. I was alone & am 83 years old. If you are only looking for a bed & bath with clean bedding, this is the place to go for the money.. I will continue to stay at this Inn whenever I have a need to.

The budget inn is not the place to stay it has roaches and in some of the rooms has bed bugs and the managers there are ridiculous and they do not give back the deposit

It was run down and things were broken. It took several hours to get the TV to work. The staff was extremely friendly and tried really hard to help, but it was way out of there control.

For the price this is the best hotel in Stockton. Clean no insects quiet desk clerks & Security guards very helpful & friendly. Cable not very many channels not clear to see. Some work needs to be done on faucets & doors stick This is not a hotel for people looking for more than a clean quiet bed. But I have been here one month I am waiting to move into a rental & I am very comfortable & feel safe & would recommend this hotel to anyone not looking for any amenities.

Due to prom and graduations in Sacramento I somehow ended up with a room in Stockton. Very nice front desk, But horrible experience! As I parked to check in at 1am, there was 3 homeless sketchy people hanging out by the rooms/parking lot. One of the homeless man walked up to another man and whispered something to the other guy and pointed towards me. I went to the front and told front desk I didn't feel comfortable with them hanging out. Then proceed to check in. He told me the room I paid for wasn't available (1room 2 beds) and all they had was a king bed. I said ok. I was alone with my 3 children. Front desk walked me to the room and it took him about 5 minutes to open the door. Once I went inside, I realized the door handle was broken with blue tape and the latch was loose and the dresser was broken. I was worried with my children being there. I got on the hotel reviews and didnt realize how bad they were. Once I read that homeless people break in the rooms I instantly feared for our saftey and that was probably why the door handle was broken to begin with. I grabbed my belongings and my children and we loaded up and gave the keys back to the front desk.

Do not stay there

The room was horrible infested with roaches, it was very dirty and the TV or A/C didn’t work the door was all banged up and not safe at all. I checked in and checked right back out and I’ve been waiting for a refund and getting the run around. Rooms does not look like the pictures on the app
