Always a great stay

My stay here was great. I have stayed here before and because of the amenities, cleanliness and staff I chose to stay here again. The staff is helpful and friendly. I love the little store that’s available and the breakfast is fantastic. I also like the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub. With the convenient availability of pool towels I would recommend

I could honestly say that I have no complaints. The only thing was breakfast it was very good however it was closing down at 8:53 when it’s suppose to be serviced till 9.

The property to me is the nicest hotel in town and I have stayed in a quite a few in Tracy, CA. The one thing I wish was different were the pillows. They were all so soft that i stacked them to make a decent support. lol But nothing else, the staff is always very nice and accommodating and that is the best thing.

If you ask me the truth it’s a horrible place to stay .. only 1 staff seem to be happy there the rest looked sad and not motivated to work. Asked them to bring me extra sheet since I have two little kids and they basically told me they don’t have access to it .. anyways we will never stay there again. They would not clean your room until 3 days .. what kind of hotel is this and rooms are not.cheap

Rooms are clean and bed are soft… love the availability of kitchen utensils for use…. Staff can be more friendly and professional, the lady when we checked in was not enthusiastic. The guy when we checked out was very friendly and accommodating which is more like it. A good hotel like this should match the employees to set an excellent overall quality experience…!
