Comfortable and reasonable price.

Not a 5 star by any means, but certainly ok for the price. They only provide minimal. Our king room only had one bath towel, two tiny bars of soap, one little shampoo, no separate conditioner, no tissues. Room is comfortable though, and although maybe not the greatest part of town they have plenty of cameras. Staff are very nice. We have stayed here a few times because the price is so reasonable. Again if you're looking for 5 star this isn't the place for you. If you want a clean and comfortable stay very reasonably priced this is the place.

The room was okay. A bit noisy, the bed was really hard, and the bathroom door made an awful noise every time we went through it. It was reasonably priced and conveniently located.

I like the location and the staff was nice. Nice renovations since newly taken over. It is a little loud due to by the busy street but there are lots of things withing walking distance. Love the nearby waterfront. Room was decent. Not the best and definitely not the worst. It was worth the price.

It's a motel 6 in a bad area.

The hotel is in a bad part of town and it was noisy at all hours of the night. The rooms were nice and looked like they were recently remodeled, but the work was done by an amateur. Exposed drywall screws used on floor molding and two inch gaps filled with caulking. Stuff like that. It's a motel 6 and I'm a big dummy because they call it Studio 6 and I didn't even connect the dot.
