Staff were warm and welcoming. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Hotel is dated and in need of rennovating. But it was a comfy bed for the night at an affordable night

Decent stay for the price
Good stay considering the price. Room was clean on arrival, spare pillows were available for the bed and there were enough towels. The shower was great! Staff were really friendly. The hotel did appear a little tired in places, doors a bit bashed and walls needing a kick of paint. We had a light meal and drink in the pub attached to the hotel. It was fine and we didn’t need to book. The only slight negative was the noise from the car park during the night (I am guessing from the McDonalds next door), We would use the hotel again if we needed to stay in the area.

Property was a bit tired and dated but clean. Shower was brilliant! Greeted by a very friendly receptionist. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was lots of youths vaping in the bar and restaurant areas.

Hi, I brought my two year old daughter ahead ahead of a trip to Alton Towers, for a one-night stay. Check in was friendly and we had room service from the bar menu as (I think) kids weren’t allowed in the bar by the time we were ready to eat. Again, the staff who delivered the meal were friendly.

Cheap, cheerful and basic. Fixtures and fittings were tired, but hotel well located for Alton Towers. Attached to a hungry horse pub with plenty of free parking. We ate in the pub in the evening - that wasn’t cheap, and the service was very slow.

The hotel is very dated, the rooms are clean but just very basic. The furniture is very old and not in the best condition. The netted certains were covered in what looked like mould.
