Charming friendly get away

Charming mountain setting in the woods. A little more spartan than I was expecting - there was no A/C and the bedroom was up a tiny spiral staircase, which was not what I was expecting. The staff and owner were very friendly and nice though, so well worth the stay if you know what to expect. I think winter would be a much nicer time to visit.

Rural quiet older hotel. Quiet.

Nice rural area. Very old creepy hotel. It’s an old defunct ski resort. But area is nice and staff we so lovely.

Wonderful funky

Monica was so friendly and helpful!! For a budget stay the place had it all for my son and I...movies, foosball, personal kitchenette.....admittedly (gotta say) the place was remote, quirky and dated but despite any of that we felt so welcome and comfortable.... we were quite glad that we discovered it and will definitely be back!!

20 miles from Fryeburg-North Conway. Columbus Day Weekend. Beautiful weather and foliage. Last minute travel plan. Only property within 50 miles that was not fully booked. Need I say more? The staff were very friendly.
