The hotel was gorgeous and the perfect location close to Copenhagen Central station. The room was so nice and spacious. Downsides were that it was a very hot week and rooms weren’t the coolest. Also beware the bathroom doors are see through which is slightly off putting!

Breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE! They had everything you could imagine, including GF bread & muffins and vegan cheese. Staff wasn’t as helpful as I’d hoped. We arrived early and were told they had a room but we’d have to pay an early checkin fee. So I asked if there was anywhere within walking distance to get something to eat. She never even mentioned their own hotel restaurant or the various options inside the airport. Hotel is connected to the airport so very convenient. We liked that. No wash cloths, just hand towel & bath towel, maybe a European thing?

After staying in well over 100+ hotels around the world, this one was by far my favorite as they took the time to make every detail unique and special. Most hotels are throw away memories meant to help you recharge for your trip and this one felt like part of the trip for the first time. I arrived at 11am from overseas and was immediately taken to a private bathroom downstairs to shower and freshen up while my bags were secured in a locker. This set the mood off in the best possible way and even the staff were quick to provide best local options for transportation that they personally use. I'm very grateful to have found such a nice place!
