1-nt getaway in the area, and we had a great stay here! All staff, from front desk to housekeeping to Mandy at the breakfast buffet, are very friendly and extremely helpful. The team clearly works hard to keep the property clean-usually with busy families, lots of skiers coming and going, etc, you'd see SOME little trash around, but none. It was a breath of fresh air. They all seem to really take pride in working there, and customers can tell. Thank you.

The layout of the hotel is not friendly for accessing the elevator. And if you are at the far end of the 2nd floor, which I was there us no elevator and you must carry your luggage up stairs. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable- too soft, and seemed old by the way the mattress had bumps and impossible to get comfortable. Staff at the front desk was friendly, otherwise didnt see any other staff, except in breakfast / dining area. Breakfast fiid was poor quality. Not much selection - tried ti eat some eggs but ended up throwing away and going to a nearby coffee house.
