Efforts in revitalization of the property were evident. This propoerty was selected for the location near some museums. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast selection was very nice.

Just an average hotel. The place looks dated and dark. The hotel and the room were clean, but looked as if they had seen better days. The staff looked the same. One front desk person in particular seemed unwilling to help when we asked for assistance with the thermostat. He stopped at is and it request for assistance. Cynical person. We only needed a place to sleep for one night. For the price, I guess we should not complain. It was “adequate”.

Our room was very warm when we arrived, the thermostat read 76*, we were unable to sleep at that temperature, but our air conditioner didn't work either- the knob was broken off and had no way to turn on. We were just told to crack a window (which had no screen).

Was perfect for what we needed it for. Beds were very comfortable and shower was fantastic. Property is tired and needs some TLC. Staff very nice. Pool and jacuzzi was clean. Excellent coffee and lite cold breakfast was great for on the go.

Property needs a face lift!! Common areas were old and furniture well worn. The complimentary area for food was a hodgepodge and not very appealing. Room heat did not work…..not what was advertised.
