Beautiful property, clean, close to everything. I walked to Stowe via Path (there is an access point across the street) which saved me from a hassle of finding parking. I loved the room (got an upgrade to a room with a fireplace and a balcony which was spacious and cozy). It was raining daily - so it was nice to have a covered balcony. The only thing I didn't like were outside chairs which sit too close to the ground preventing from seeing beautiful surroundings (and not so easy to get up from). Otherwise everything was great, I enjoyed both inside and outside pools - clean and large. Will certainly stay in this hotel again.

The front desk staff didn't have much to say, as friendly as a wet noodle. Surprise charges appeared, and the a/c in the room was not working well, and the front window was painted shut. Told the front desk upon checkout and the gent with the earbuds in his ear didn't seem to care or know what to say.

Loved the texts from the staff. Was able to text them any questions with immediate answers. The great room was beautiful, our kids loved the arcade and my husband and I could sit in the great room and have our coffee and a little peace. The grounds are beautiful and the indoor pool meant we could still have fun as a family despite the rainy weather. Thank you for everything!

Room interior was comfortable and clean, but a couple of fixtures were broken and the beds creaked a lot. Building exteriors needed a touch of paint, and the parking lot had a lot of pot holes.

Room was “garden view” which was not in the exact description when I booked it, could not get our car close enough and had to drag bags a ways. Room was dank and musty and had dehumidifier running non-stop. Room was clean otherwise, beds very comfortable. Shower temps were reversed, took a call to the front desk to figure that out, on my own. Pool was clean and a good temp, but there were lots of messy looking weeds on the patio and along the edge of the pool, looked like to patio needed a mow. Lastly, no coffee in room, and coffee in lodge was constantly empty!!

Quaint spot right on Mt Rd. Adorable cabin like feel to motel style rooms. Extremely friendly & helpful staff. Access to a dry sauna, an indoor hot tub & pool were a welcome surprise.
