Wonderful room easy check in, front desk agent helped move my stay to a day earlier because of a storm and they handles the whole thing with Expedia! They gave us a first floor room that had easy access to our car and made it easy for us to get the stroller in and out. My husband got the breakfast and said it was delish! 10/10 and would recommend!

Loved that the hotel provided bikes to enjoy the nearby recreation trail. We had so much fun riding the bikes, relaxing in the hot tubs and eating the amazing breakfast the hotel staff provided. Everything was great, highly recommend the Innsbruck Inn!!

The room was spacious, the bed was huge, and the in room fireplace was warm and inviting. The hot tub(s) were a nice treat on a colder day and the breakfast was very good also. We had a very nice 2 night stay.

Not exactly what I expected
When we first got there, we found out that we had been upgraded, which would’ve been great, except that the new room had 2 double beds, not a queen that I had booked. So they downgraded us back to a queen room, which turned out to be very small. Definitely not what I was expecting, but it was late and we were tired. We enjoyed the hot tub, but if you are looking for a place to do more than just sleep, I recommend going somewhere else. However, if your a skier and just need a place to crash between runs, this will do.

Good location. The staff was great. The bed in room 16 was as hard as a rock and squeaked if anyone moved in the slightest. Neither my wife or i could get comfortable. Bring your own pillows as there was no fluff and they were all flat as cardboard. Breakfast was very good.
