Have stayed here a few times now in multiple rooms and they have all been beautiful. Plus the restaurant and the option of live local music on Friday evenings is a wonderful and fun time

The staff is great and professional. They provide information on restaurants hours and recommendations when their restaurant is closed. It is open Tuesday through Friday right now and looks nice through the windows!

After traveling all of the New England states and staying in multiple Inns along the fall foliage route, the Stowe Inn was the most expensive $948 for 1 night with 2 queen beds and extremely nominal room. There was nothing special at all about the accommodations, except for the peppermint tea available for guests downstairs. We came on a girl’s trip and one of us had back surgery and not able to carry luggage up the steps, as there are no elevators. Thanks to John (the chef) who carried our luggage up for us. Grants restaurant was delicious and the pear autumn salad is wonderful.The restaurant was not open for breakfast so we did have to seek other options in town. Other than the friendly staff and restaurant, I think the Stowe Inn is over rated and super expensive. Not a luxe place to stay whatsoever. The night prior we stayed at the Rockport hotel in Maine with gorgeous views and half the price. We had a fire place in our room, bathrobes, heated bathroom floors, and it was amazing in every way. Breakfast was served with a scenic view of the port. Stowe Inn was a disappointment. I’ve been to Aspen for skiing and the prices there are better than Stowe,

From the gorgeous mulled cider arrival drink to leaving, it was a lovely stay. We loved Lenox, nice to be able to walk in from the hotel.

Great location for exploring the village. Stayed in the “modern motel” October 2024. It was ok but could use a more thorough update. The tile in the shower was obviously painted over and not replaced. The original color could almost be made out. Dried paint drips on the drain/tub etc. Beds were ok but one of the mattress was sagging in the middle. Was expecting a little more for $400 /night.

We stayed one night at the Stowe Village Inn. The only room available was at the motel and it was pricey for the room age/condition but everything in the area was during the peak fall season. Overall the stay was comfortable. The room is adequate though not anything fancy. You are paying for the proximity to the village and walk-ability.

Chris, at the front desk, did a great job and really made this stay above average. He was very helpful and informative when we checked in amd later that evening, was busy adding wood to thenoutdoor firepit for tue visiting guests. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Location is excellent and walkable to all the shops in the area.

The sweetest little inn for our visit to Stowe. It's everything you would want. Quaint, wonderful staff, beautiful and larger rooms, onsite restaurant and walkable to main street. We loved everything about it and will definitely stay here again.
