The only complaints we had were noise related. There was a tapping noise in the walls, guessing it was the hot water pipes from the heating system. It was definitely annoying but we combated it by playing rain noise on Youtube to help us sleep. They should have paved the parking lot because the sound from cars driving on the rocks was quite noisy. You could hear every car coming in or out. Otherwise, the room was clean, warm, spacious and comfy. The bed and linens were nice as well. The location was perfect to take a quick walk to the main road for shopping/eating. We took a nice walk Doc Ponds for which was a nice walk. Overall, nice stay and would stay again.

We loved it here it’s a very cozy place. AC could be a bit better and the bathroom ventilation needed some help but other than that it was a beautiful property, really really nice staff! They offer tea/coffee all day, very safe area, walkable to EVERYTHING. We would stay here again, it’s very charming. Water pressure was good, internet is a bit on and off where we were in room 3. Not sure how other rooms are. Lots of space in this room which was nice. Definitely would stay again. The on property restaurant was SO GOOD! We had it one night and the service and food was amazing.

This Inn is the cutest! The location in town is perfect, allowing you to leave your car parked there (as a guest of course) and walk around without the hassle of looking parking elsewhere. Even though the restaurant has no breakfast available yet, they do offer coffee and tea, plus there are plenty of coffee shops nearby that you can walk to and enjoy. We did not have dinner there, but the menu looked pretty good! We spent an evening playing monopoly with our kids, out of the many fun board games available to use.

We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful and charming inn! The location is perfect to enjoy downtown Stowe and the Inn itself is so pretty. Our room was clean and spacious, and we loved that we could help ourselves to extra towels. The complimentary coffee, tea and pastries were wonderful, and our lunch at the Grant's the Inn's restaurant was delicous, and made extra enjoyable by the gorgeous mountain view from our table on the lovely porch. We enjoyed all the staff, including the lovely older bearded gentleman who cares for the beautiful gardens. The firepit was an added bonus - we only wish they would add a couple of more on the patio so more guests could enjoy sitting by the fire at night. Highly recommend and already looking forward to returning!

I stayed in the motel which is a short distance from the main inn. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Grants is a great place for dinner. It is also an easy week to downtown Stowe. Highly recommend.

Very courteous staff, beautiful property. We stayed in motel which was just what we needed, but main building was beautifully designed and decorated. The parking lot wasn’t roller luggage friendly but not a deal breaker. I recommend staying here, just make sure there’s a room for me when I need it.
