Great location, and amenities but our room needed more attention as it was not clean. I had to clean spider webs in many areas, clean the bathroom floor as there was hair all over and the worst part was one of the beds was not changed over from the previous guest. There was dog hair all over the sheets and broken pieces of dog treat in between the sheets. There was only one person on staff so it took a bit for someone to come and change over the bed.

The property is very nice and they have good amenities. The room we booked, the king suite, did not match the photos in that the room was compartmentalized and small as opposed to the larger open room in the photos. There also isn’t a sliding door out to a patio and the bathroom wasn’t as it appeared either. Very disappointing given the “upgrade” this suite is supposed to entail. The floors were also sandy, but they were quick to fix for us. Overall it is a nice property. Just a little disappointed with the room given the photos and price. Would probably book a standard room if visiting again.

Staff were friendly. Hotel had a lot of amenities. Room cleanliness was subpar, bed sheets and towels had stains all over. Walls had dirty marks, floor was dirty. Outside door had a gap at the bottom. Good location bait disappointed with the room.

Happy Family Stay

Staff was great. Room was clean and cute. Only problem was sound coming from upper floor. Could hear talking, movement of guests above us. Also the heating and air cooling system kicked on often and was noisy. The restaurant was fine, bartender was great and food was tasty. Hot tub was not allowed to be used by children under 12, so we couldn’t take advantage of it with our kids. Good location. Beautiful pool. We used the 10% discount offer on hotel website to rent bikes and a bike trailer and enjoyed the rec path.

We stayed at Outbound the second week of September. We rented a cabin for 4 nights. The place was immaculate. The staff friendly. The grounds manicured. The drinks and food delicious. We ate 2 of our 4 dinners at Eastsides. The pool and hot-tub were quiet due to the time of year but they were sparkling. We will 100% be back. Can’t wait!

No closets or hangers for clothes

Stayed here for a weekend wedding. Was nice but beware there's no place to store clothes or closets/hangers to hang them. Bizarre. Also disappointed the shower head head very low water volume and low pressure.

Our single night stay at Outbound Stowe was good. As it was a quick overnight stay we didn't utilize some of the features of the hotel. The restaurant was closed on the day we arrived, but there are many nearby. The pool area was very nice though the water was cold in August, so we spent more time in the hot tub. They have connected the hotel to the Stowe Recreational Path that runs along the river with a beautiful bridge nearby. And there is more hiking available across the street at Cady Hill Forest. You can rent gear from the hotel if needed.
