For 3 stars it was a nice boutique hotel. My only comment was the room, it was spacious and clean however you can hear water running through the plumbing system anytime any room is using the bathroom. This didn’t matter during the day, but at night it can get annoying.

Convenient location, quiet and polite staff. We only stayed 1 night so cannot comment too much on the hotel. Bed was very comfy but the water pressure was not amazing although always hot Would stay again

We did a self-planned Christmas Markets tour in 2024. Because we were travelling by train, our first criteria in finding a hotel was to be close to the train station so we would not need to drag our luggage a great distance. This location was perfect. Th hotel was great, staff was extremely attentive, breakfast was very good. Highly recommended.

Overall, good location, nice hotel, rooms are a good size. The all day pantry is a great idea, so tea, coffee and snacks all the time. Its often busy at reception with one person manning the whole area. I had some difficulties before we arrived with regard to some confusion over the booking and the staff were not very helpful in their response. However, it seemed that in the end the issue was resolved by the time we arrived (but without any clear communication to confirm this). I would go back, overall a great stay, just some niggling things really...

Terrible experience
First put me in a room with no shower, a bath tub with an extension shower about four foot long. I am 6 foot 6 inches and 65 years old. Went down and asked for another room. The two young ladies said I was out of luck. After getting the manger involved she changed my room. She was nice. That room the next mourning smelled like sewage backup. The poured something in the shower drain and it only half masked the smell. Could not wait to leave that hotel. I have never given a negative review but this was a total mess of a hotel.

We had a good stay and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, even though they were very busy (over worked, in my opinion). The lift door was an issue for some, which resulted in it becoming stuck on those floors and then the poor staff had to run up the stairs to get it going again. The only issue we had was the lack of bathroom linens. It is in a great location if you are planning to get on an early train out of town.
