The room itself was ok but beds were not comfortable at all. Except for this street the area was nice and lots of dinning options available and 5 minutes walk to train station

It was a spur of the moment decision to stay in a hotel. It was late at night. The staff was very an accommodating and friendly! We stayed 7 nights. It was very enjoyable! The staff went out of their way to help us in any way possible!

Booked a double bed got 2 twins pushed together. Inconvenient for a couple. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Towels too small. TV turned on during the night Paper cups are a disappointment as glass is for more environmentally friendly.

Location walkable hotel below average

He’s was comfortable. Only positive. Bathrooms were subpar. Tiny and couldn’t open door all the way. Water from shower got everywhere. Street area questionable but just across bridge from busy part of town.

The elevator was broken and no one helped us carry our bags, at least we were in the 2nd floor and not higher. The bed didn't have a mattress, it had a pad on top of a box spring. For us that we had a car there was no parking outside, apparently we had to reserve one at the hotel which we didn't know and the hotel is in a street where the tram passes by so we couldn't park nearby and you could hear the tram in the mornings.

The room was really nice, however, the only concern I had was about the shower. The glass door is only half way. Everytime after a shower, the washroom will be filled will water as the water spilt out during shower. The floor would get really wet and dangerous.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. All the staff except 1 girl were so nice. The location is amazing and you can walk everywhere. The only thing I didn’t like was breakfast. Everything else was fabulous. Thanks for a great stay.
