Much older building than expected. Floor was a little crooked. Did not like the step up from bathroom to bed area. Bed was a bit lumpy to sleep on. Plus side, the staff was so very nice. Our shower had great pressure and it was a real shower, no stepping into a huge tub. We did the breakfast on our last day and it was very good. Very close to trams. Walking distance to many restaurants and tourist sites.

The hotel is in a great location, right on Place Le Kléber. Huge windows could open to overlook the Place in our room. Very convenient and walkable to.many restaurants and main attractions. Drawbacks are the small reception area and tiny elevator that are in the same extremely small space. You need to leave your key at the reception area every time you leave the hotel. Then you many times have to wait in line in the tiny reception room to get it back. The Place is noisy but it’s all part of the ambiance and stops later in the night.

Noisy area. We stayed here only for one night to extend our stay in Strasbourg. The apartment section of the hotel was separated from the main building. Located just around the corner from the main tram station. Doorway access area was always blocked by homeless asking for money or drunken locals drinking, fighting and shouting even past out check out at 5am.

Stayed in corner room, really spacious, cozy, clean and comfortable. with windows open could be a bit noisy during the day as the TRAM passes next to the building. At night with window closed we had no issues. Slept really well. The hotel is well located and the staff was really friendly.

This what a cute boutique hotel, friendly and helpful staff. My only issue was the train station, right behind the hotel. The trains ran all night!

Our room was very nice. The bedding was good and the room decor was modern with clean lines. It was on a busy street but we didn’t really notice any noise. There are not any amenities to speak off, which was fine for us, but may not be right for others. Convenient location.
