very walkable to everywhere 10 mins from all the tourist areas of petit france, the cathedral and boat rides. The beds were okay and the internet was fast enough, the only down sides is the tight and busy car park (sat afternoon) when i arrived which made it worse. overall strasbourg was a great stop on the journey 2 nights and it was great.

Parking structure is very dirty and a labyrinth, very difficult to navigate especially with all your bags. The hotel is attached to a shopping center and near the main station which is convenient. Rooms were grubby

In need of an update

This hotel is very tired and in need of an update. The public areas stank of incense. Beneath the pillow cases the pillows were dirty and toiletries that appear to be standard at other Novotels were not provided.

Good location. It is on top of a shopping mall. Although, it was quite hard to find the lobby of this hotel as the sign of the entrance is quite small.

Comfortable room. Great location.

We enjoyed the close walking proximity to the very old landmarks, and enjoying convenience of the adjacent modern shopping mall. Our AC was only marginally working during mild spring weather and so the room felt stuffy. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

The Novotel is very close to the older area of Strasbourg. It is also close to the train station which makes it convenient. The breakfast was top notch

Great location, could be noisy

Excellent location, the staff were very friendly. Our room was to the front of the hotel and outside was noisy with people shouting in the night.
