### Beautiful Hotel Full of Character in a Great Location We stayed at Hôtel & Spa À la Cour d'Alsace during our visit to Obernai in October 2026 and overall had a wonderful stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and full of historic charm and character. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the historic centre of Obernai, making it easy to explore this lovely town. The staff were excellent throughout our stay, and the hotel has a really nice atmosphere. We stayed in the Rouge et Noir Suite, which was spacious, luxurious and spotless. We loved the decor, the comfortable furnishings and the bathroom. It really was a beautiful suite. The one significant issue we had was with the lighting and motion sensors in the suite. They were quite frustrating and affected our stay more than we would have liked. It's something the hotel really should look at, especially in a suite of this standard. Breakfast was good, although fairly basic compared to the rest of the hotel experience. Unfortunately, the options for my wife, who has celiac disease, were not adequate, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, we really enjoyed our stay. The historic charm, beautiful accommodations, excellent staff and fantastic location made this a memorable hotel. We also felt it offered good value for the quality of the property. Overall, a beautiful hotel that we'd happily recommend and would certainly consider staying at again.

Unsatisfactory room for my friend. Had to be persistent in getting another room. The room has marks and badly soiled carpet and blood stained towels in the bathroom. The choice of menu in the restaurant was poor and the drinks at the bar where badly presented. Overall would not rate it a 4star hotel.

The Staff is 5 Star plus !!! And the Breakfast is second to none !

Okay hotel, Great location. Very chic possibly to suit the younger generation. Rooms are very dark and lighting is not great for us older folk
