The staff were helpful and friendly. A buzzy place due to it’s bar/restaurant and central location. Not a lot of cleaning of my room went on during my five day stay. Well equipped room though.

There were several positive things about this hotel room (103): the location is great, right in the heart of downtown and convenient to everything. Despite the central location, the room was quiet, the bed comfortable and the room commodious. The kitchenette (fridge and microwave) was a nice touch. We knew the room would be upstairs from the bar/restaurant but the stairs are quite a steep hike; definitely not for anyone with mobility problems. Staff very graciously carried our bags upstairs. The two deal-breakers however, which would stop us from staying here again, were the location of the bathroom in the upstairs loft-very inconvenient in the middle of the night-and the skylight (no windows!) above the bed. It started getting light around 5 am and we had no choice but to wake up!

The stay was excellent except for the loud A/C. There should be directions in the room for how to turn it off for the night. The rooms are absolutely lovely!

Great location and friendly staff. Our room was nice and clean, unfortunately it was very noisy. The AC in the room was very effective but loud. When we turned it off we could hear all movements around us. People going up and down the stairs, doors opening and closing, toilets flushing. The walls are very thin.

Excellent location, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. No elevator, two flights of stairs to get to rooms, plus another flight in room to get to bathroom in loft. Really enjoyed our stay overall because of proximity to so many fine restaurants, including the one at the inn.

Check in was easy and friendly. Room was fine. No complaints. Did order from downstairs/takeout. Not room service. Had a steak sandwich. Awful. Only ate a quarter. Chewy and sloppy.

Would stay again! Loved the space in the rooms. Everyone was so nice and eager to help. We had the Friday night Prime Rib at the restaurant downstairs and it was fantastic too.
