Staff are fantastic. Check in was simple. Lots of stairs to get to the rooms and the bathroom is on the second level loft area removed from the bed area. Clean and well organized. Only drawback was the smell in the hallways like old smoke smell. Overall unique rooms and stay. Enjoyed the restaurant / bar attached below. Good food.

We really enjoyed our stay. Bentley’s was central and allowed us to explore the downtown area easily. The King Loft was very spacious and clean. After watching the Jays game in the bar we were surprised that we weren’t able to hear all the hustle and bustle down below when we went back to our room. We would definitely recommend the Bentley Inn.

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and convenient. Right on Main Street in the middle of everything and yet sleeping at night was totally quiet. Highly recommend!

Loft apartments are up one level of stairs (no elevator) and bathroom in the units are up another level of stairs despite king bed being on lower level. Inconvenient at best Shower stall FLOOR is VERY SLIPPERY with no safety mat available. This is a hazard. Lofts are well designed except for placement of bathroom, modern, well appointed.

A good reasonably priced large room over a pub. Early Check-in and parking easy and friendly, two separate bed set-ups , one bathroom on the second floor , no windows but a skylight good in the daytime, a bit too light in the morning. Very conveniently located

If you are looking for a unique experience, try Bentley’s! We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel room (even the stairs to the washroom in the loft were manageable!). The renovations have been well done. The amenities in the room were exactly what you need for a stay - a few dishes, microwave, coffee cream in the fridge, dishcloths etc. We had a great time - even spent some time watching the Blue Jays in the bar! The staff were top notch. We will 100% stay here again.

Loved our stay at the Bentley Inn. Our room was clean, spacious, quiet, and walking distance to all the great dining, sights, and theatre. It will be my go to spot whenever I visit Stratford. Highly recommend.

This property is above a bar that closes at 2am. It was SO LOUD until 3:30am on a Friday night (even with ear plugs) that we were unable to sleep. We ended up leaving a day early because to enjoy theater, being rested really helps. Also, the bathroom, while in the same room, is up a steep flight of stairs from where the bed was located. If you need to get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, this is a hazard for anyone who is not quite agile. The room was clean, but the noise was a real deal breaker.

Key opened room but not hotel door or parking. Promised another one but didn’t get it till next day and it had the same problem. A lot of stairs up to room and in room and no help with bags. Hot in room and air conditioning didn’t cool it. No hotel staff. Bar and restaurant staff very busy and don’t have access to hotel resources
