It was a very nice stay, with a lovely restaurant that was very convenient—delicious breakfast. If I had to say anything concerning room for improvement, the toilet (super small) and shower were a bit old, but clean.

The staff was very helpful but what we really liked was the restaurant. The food was excellent for the price and sometimes a little too copious. While all the staff was courteous, we really enjoyed the service provided by Kayla and all the good tips she gave us.

The hotel is easy to get in and out of and is central to everything. The room is nice and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom faucet leaked, the shower head leaked and the drapes don't close in the room to keep the sun out

The property was beautiful! It was very tastefully and recently remodeled but kept the feel of the historic Arden Park Hotel which is now owned as a Best Western Plus property. The staff was hospitable, helpful and pleasant. We ate both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, and the food and service was excellent! Our room was large, lovely, and very comfortable. We will be back next time we are in Stratford.

Nice but a bit bothersome

While room and location was good, we were unfortunately next to what seemed like a family group that was constantly going back and forth between rooms right up to 10:30 pm. Not usually bothered by background noise, but the constant opening and closing of doors was annoying and loud.

Overall great hotel but the servicing of the rooms was not good. Had to ask them to clean the room after the first night because they didn’t. Other family did not have their room cleaned at all. Second night they had changed the towels but left used cups on the stand. Hotel great but cleaning and stocking of rooms needs to improve. They had had a large number of guests one of the nights which was understandable but other guests should not be neglected as a result. It was not a cheap hotel so expected better.
