The property is dated but the room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Nothing fancy with this hotel but would recommend as the price is right! Staff are friendly and accommodating. It was about a 15 minute drive into Stratford.

Property was clean, but dated. Bed was terrible. Definitely need to upgrade. They were there cheapest one could possibly buy. This is a really inexpensive hotel. Wouldn't stay there again. Easy to get to on a main drag. Easy access to Stratford very few dining options close.

The property was very clean, quiet and the staff friendly and very helpful. There is very little around the property, however it is only 10 minutes from the theater and another 5 to downtown Stratford. If you want fancy and like to be pampered this is not the place for you. A great basic hotel that I would stay in again!

We liked the price compared to hotels/motels/B&B's/AirBnB,etc. in Stratford especially considering it was only a 10 minute car ride away from Stratford.

It's a budget property meaning that facilities are basic. A bed with clean sheets and a bathroom with clean towels. Everything worked as it should and was in a state of good repair.

Bathroom was dirty. Brown gunk under the door. They use strong chemicals to make it seem cleaner than it is. Probably won't stay there again.

This hotel/motel is run down, and has definitely seen better days. The owner or manager (I'm not sure which) was very polite, but the moment you walk into the lobby it has a very strong smell. Nothing has been updated in a long time, so things are getting quite shabby. Upon arriving at our room, the door was open and the tv was on. We weren't sure if someone else had the room, but were told it was ours. Some things were clean, but others were obviously not (carpet not vacuumed, hairs on bathroom floor, mould in the grout around the bathtub, etc). I went to the front desk to ask something around 11:00pm but it was all locked up for the night and no one was there. The photos show a "restaurant", but there is no restaurant at this hotel. We stayed here after going to a play in Stratford. Another time I would just drive further to find a better place to stay, probably for the same price.
