You told me parking was included. It was not. You told me there was a safe in the room. There was. However it was not connected to the room in any way. You could just pick it up and walk off with it.

Location & Room Great
Stayed for a Friday evening out in the town for dinner & drinks. Location withing minutes of the train station and a short walk to the town and local bars/restaurants. A little on the expensive side but superb rooms for all 6 that attended. We didnt use the bar or breakfast as there were many other local options that suited us better.

Stayed 2 nights. Location good. Room had very creaky bed, impossible to sleep on, and shower that sprayed water out of the back of the hose. Reception changed room without fuss for second night. Expensive for what it was, especially breakfast which was a buffet, not very high quality. Also surprised to pay high tariff for parking as hotel guests!

Beautiful location, very walkable from the train station and to the old town where the historic sights are. It’s a modern hotel, very clean m, and the staff are very accommodating. We enjoyed our visit, the only caveat I’d say is to try to return from sightseeing before dark- since it’s dark by 7 pm at this time of year (early October) , it was a dark stroll coming in from town after dinner and the hotel grounds are not lighted after dark.

Expected better of Hilton
First time staying at this Hilton,good size room,good bed and smart looking furniture.However we asked for a walk-in shower which we didn't get,the bathroom floor was polished wood which was very slippery, the bath step they provided was useless as it slipped on the floor!! The room was poorly ventilated,the air conditioning didnt work the room was too stuffy we had to keep the curtain open to get any air in so we hardly had any sleep and a stained bedsheet! Breakfast was poor, unappetising bacon on the buffet, lukewarm coffee & tea.

The hotel was ok, room comfortable and a great location for shopping and exploring sites in Stratford upon Avon. We had booked on a half board basis, wish we hadn't. The choices of meals in the evening was limited and did not change for the duration of our stay which was 3 nights. We ended up eating elsewhere. At breakfast items were constantly running out, and at one point half cooked pastries were served. It was that bad we were offer a 25% refund
