Great location close to centre of town but far enough away to be quiet. Spacious grounds and staff are efficient and attentive. My only negative was that the in-room safe didn’t work. Nice clean room and comfortable bed.

We asked for a room for 3 adults, we paid for a junior suite. The extra bed was awful, pulled out it was in the shape of a smile. I slept on that as I’m the smallest and I woke up in the dip of the bed. It’s a good job we have humour and jokes about waking up in a gutter. It’s in lovely location and great for 2 people maybe, but don’t book got 3 or you too may end up in ‘the gutter!’

All good until I got locked in the elevator. Check out was at noon and I was in the elevstor five minutes later and my card was deactivated. Consider a 1/2 grave period. Didn't eat at the property but great location.

Close to the train station, about 5 minutes walk. 10 minutes from the town. Nice clean room and quiet. Lovely staff. A welcome cookie! Shame breakfast is no longer included in bookings though, £30 extra when you only want a few pieces of toast isn't worth it.

Shocking. Stayed in this hotel just over a year ago and it was lovely bit it seems to have gone right downhill. First room was filthy and smelled bad, offered a second room which was unbelieveably dilapidated. Third room was ok and appeared to be clean. For a supposed delux room it is a joke. Receptionist was sooooo rude and uppity I was stunned. I will not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it.
