Did have hot water for nearly a whole day which one it was my birthday and two ment we couldn’t use the spa in our room.. there was two lights that needed changing as when you dim them they started to flicker real bad! Both mornings we got woken up by workers and power tools. Other than that the staff was nice, friendly and accommodating. Got offered a discount for the no hot water issue, other than that the area was lovely! Weather was good, and price was good. Thanks for having us.

The spa was a nice option. The breakfast items were not renewed on the first morning despite the "please make up my room" sign, but were on the second morning.

I thought the guy cleaning the car parking area could have left my parking g area or done it quickly as I waited ten minutes He proceeded to squirt dirt from pressure cleaner over my car which he did wash off after I complained

Staff were fantastic very friendly and very helpful. Room was nice size and facilities were modern and very clean. Location was good and great to be able to order a meal. Not many parking spaces so had to park on the street but otherwise great.

In the midst of a beautiful old town, we found a good place to stay after an 8 hour drive from Melbourne. Friendly, cheerful staff helped us in after dark. I would stay again.
