My wife and I stopped for a short city break in Dublin in October 2026. The location of the hotel was superb and close to all of the city centre attractions. The reception staff were polite and very helpful. We were allowed to drop our bags off before check in and again after check out to spend our time in the city. We booked breakfast for both of the mornings we stopped, which was very helpful as Dublin is not the cheapest place. It was a continental breakfast and was really good. The room was clean and bijoux for a city break, as after all it is really only a place to rest your head. Were we to visit Dublin again I would have no hesitation in stopping here again.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at The Dylan Hotel in Dublin! The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making our stay feel special from the moment we arrived. Having our rental car valet parked was incredibly convenient and made exploring the city completely stress-free. The location was also excellent, within walking distance of many of Dublin’s attractions, restaurants, and shops. The combination of outstanding service, convenience, and a great location made this hotel a fantastic choice for our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Dylan to anyone visiting Dublin!

They say “the people make the place”, it’s so true. The Hotel is really well situated for sightseeing and transport ( Aircoach stops right outside) We were welcomed at the door and helped with our cases. The staff on the desk were very efficient and friendly. Our room was lovely and very clean, housekeeping was also very good, we were on the 5th floor and the corridor always smelled fresh. We had breakfast in the hotel, it had a great selection and the buffet was constantly being refreshed. The hotel always had plenty of staff in the Lobby and as we were two females visiting the city, the hotel felt like a very safe. All the staff that we spoke to were exceptional but ,we would like to send extra special thanks to Michael, what an asset he is to the hotel, always happy to help and always smiling and we enjoyed speaking to him each day. We will come back to Dublin next year and we will stay at the Gresham, it’s beautiful.

Staff very helpful and polite

Room was a little cramped with sloped roof. The emergency light flashed all night and a door on the kitchen cupboard was loose. Great location for shopping and as long as the attic window was closed no noise at night. Room was compact and clean.Would book again.

Loved everything about the hotel, location, restaurant and bar. Close to shopping and other restaurants. Did not like the parking attendant of the Brooks Hotel with his short temper. There is a trick to getting your vehicle out of the parking garbage located directly across from the hotel. As you are leaving the parking garage you are instructed to insert your parking ticket into the kiosk so the gate will open. The kiosk took our ticket but did not raise the gate arm so we could drive out of the parking garage. We pressed the help button for instructions and a very grouchy man came out cussing at us about not seeing the sign that tells you to pay a separate vending machine mot even located inside the parking garage to get your vehicle out. He smelled as if he had not showered in days. Once I expressed how grateful I was for his help, he softened up some. I image he has had to help many previous vehicles with the same issue. Other than that we had a fabulous day in Dublin.
