It had an outstanding spa and a lovely outside pool and gardens but the common parts were well worn and it reflected 1980 decor. The bar was at the side of the lounge and it gave it a waiting room feel. It would have been nice for it to be in an area with its own identity and access to a designated outdoor terrace. The access to the outdoor pool was through the front entrance with a walk around the hotel to the back which was a little strange

Beautiful, elegant hotel. Spa is amazing! Outdoor pool is great to relax by, my grandchildren loved swimming in the spa pool as well. Service and food were excellent, the breakfast buffet was delicious. The lake views from our room were gorgeous. Can’t say enough good things!

Wonderful spa, very good breakfast, very decorative hotel. Only negative is lack of sound proofing.. you hear literally everything from the corridor, doors opening and closing, guests talking, room service.. difficult to sleep after 7am.
