Tap was leaking. Tv Chromecast was not working Not able to control AC temperature to the required level. (old switches to operate central airflow) Not worth the money paid for.

Restaurant and Bar were good. Breakfast buffet is great.

Superb location with bus stops directly in front of the hotel, retail stores just around the corner and a selection of delicious restaurants (such as Lilong) within walking distance. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the pre-arrival communication is prompt and helpful.

The staff were the only good thing about this hotel. Disappointing since other Ovolos are great. The room was noisy, dusty and hot. The air conditioning didn’t work correctly and kept switching off every few hours. The food at the restaura was equally bad - tasteless and overpriced. Very disappointing all round.
