The room was ok when we got there, however we had to tell them two or three times to clean our room; they finally got to it. Pet friendly but not enough grass for dogs to relieve themselves. Key cards would not work; had to get them changed twice. Sorry, we won't be staying at this location anytime soon.

There was nobody at the front desk. Check in was via video check in. Key card machine was not working, and the credit card machine was not working properly. We had to wait 10 minutes for a human being to arrive to get us our key cards. One of my traveling partners had to try 3 rooms before getting one that was in acceptable condition.

The place was clean but it appears that the Continental Breakfast was taken away. Also, when I went to check out and place my room key on the Customer Service counter there was no attendant there. Other people were there in the lobby and just placed their room key on the counter top and walked out. I thought that there should have been at least one person there to help check people out. That part was unprofessional I thought.
