Nice hotel
Always a good stay at this hotel. Close to restaurants and the local venue within walking distance. Clean pool, excellent buffet breakfast, and friendly staff. Plenty of parking too. The black out shades are a plus.

I loved the location and the modern feel of this hotel. Rooms are very clean and I loved the hot/cold breakfast which was very good! Coffee and tea 24 hrs. My two complaints are one- floor of the bathroom needed a good scrubbing. It made our feet dirty. Something has to be done about the floor. It was swept but not scrubbed as it had black dirt in the pores of the floor. Two-the pillows need to be replaced. I read that and hoped it wouldn’t be as bad as those who reviewed it said. Unfortunately pillows aren’t great. Overlooking those two things I was quite happy with our stay. We requested and received two rooms which were adjoined which made our trip much nicer.

This is a nice place to stay - with some great amenities including a peloton bike in the gym. The reason for the 4 star is the value on the weekend, when the price surged to nearly $300/night, which is not a good value for this area. Having said that, I would stay there again.

Disgusted and left!!
A one night stay turned out to be a three hour stay. After checking-in, we reentered the hotel by the side entrance closer to our room. We were hit by an intense odor of bleach coming from one of the rooms that was being cleaned. It was throughout the hallway. Upon entering our room, the odor was just as bad and the floors were sticky, as if they were mopped with dirty bleach water. The air-conditioner wasn't even on. We attempted to rest after a long day of hiking but the smell was irritating our eyes, nose and mouth. One of the pillows smelled like a person's dirty hair. We were just disgusted at that point. We went to the second and third floor to see if it was any better and the smell was also musty and old. At that point, we decided to leave. We alerted the front desk and ended up spending our evening in heavy traffic just to get home. On a side note: the young women with the bright orange hair, who checked us in, acted as if she was doing us a favor :{. She was rude and definitely needs re-training. I have stayed in other Hampton Inns and have never experienced this.

First room at checkin had mold around the window. I went to front desk asked for manager and the manager was not available so front desk person changed my room. The second room had mold around the window and on bathroom ceiling. The bathroom was never cleaned because there was hair in the tub and on the floor near the sink. The floors were dirty and dirt stains on walls in the bathroom. This place was completely unacceptable. I took photos and when i went to the front desk again to speak to the manager, again the clerk said the manager was not available but they would refund my full cost. I will never stay there again.
