The room was very spacious and clean. The apartment is right in heart of city centre. The only drawback was the checkin process is little complex with message they provide confused us with apartment number and building number. However they were still available late night to help us. Overall I highly recommend this for families visiting Wroclaw

Only problem with the lifts -terrible waiting time for the lift

I am completely healthy and free from disability. However, I was assigned a handicap accessible room. When I asked to be switched to a regular room, the staff refused. The shower had no shower curtain and every time I took a shower the entire bathroom floor flooded. The mirror was waist high in the bathroom and not usable. They advertise room service, but there was no room service menu in the room. After three requests, I finally went to the front desk and got one myself. The staff was very rude, discourteous, unaccommodating, and unprofessional. I would never ever stay at this hotel again, even if it was free.
