The property is located perfectly for our need to be close to our daughter who lives in Stuart. However, I received an email on December 25th stating the reservation had been canceled. No other information was given. Had my 93yo mother in law been able to make this trip as planned we would have been in an impossible circumstance. Trying to secure a first level accommodation for a week three days prior to check-in would have been impossible. No direct communication by the property was inconsiderate at best.
