We couldn't stay - the conditions were deplorable. The marijuana smell outside the room was overpowering and it permeated the room making the smell unbearable. There was a bucket under the sink because it leaked. But the bucket did no good. After using the sink briefly, the carpet in front of the sink was soaked. The batteries were out of the smoke detector. The curtains would not completely close. The latch on the door to an adjoining room was not completely locked. When we went to the office to tell them we were leaving and why, he allegedly wrote down what we told him. He did apologize but did not seem shocked about any of the issues. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING THERE!!!!!

Renovations need some more work, the TV remotes were for a different brand TV and wouldnt turn the TV on, and initially at check-in one of the rooms hadnt been cleaned

Quiet Stay for a very resonable price!

Yes, it was very quiet . GREAT PLACE FOR EASY ACESS TO THE BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY. It serves its purpose .

No towel was provided, had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean the bathroom, also had to buy two towels. One for showering and one to put at the door so the bugs could not come in. Room had an Oder. Was there 4 nights and they never changed the bedding or gave me towels

I didn't like the fact the curtains were broken no wash cloths in my room. The towels had yellow stains. Only a top sheet and thin blanket. Shower was dirty I had to buy my own cleaning supplies.

WE ARRIVED APPROX. 2:20 PM. WERE CK IN BY A FEMALE. THE OUTER LOOK OF THE MOTEL WAS NOT PLEASING TO THE EYE. THE ROOM HAD ELECTRICAL OUTLETS BUT SEVERAL OF THEM DID NOT WORK. THERE WERE LIGHT BULBS MISSING, SHOWER CURTAIN WAS TOO SHORT CAUSING WATER TO GET ON THE FLOOR, TOWELS IN THE ROOM WERE NOT ENOUGH FOR 4 CUSTOMERS, ICE MACHINE DOOR WAS MISSING A HANDLE AND WAS USELY LOCKED, REFRIGERATOR WAS TOO SMALL, HELP NEEDED FOR TV WITH INSTRUCTIONS IN ROOM, NIGHT BEFORE WE LEFT WE WERE FINALLY ASKED IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING, EXTRA TRASH BAGS HAD TO BE ASKED FOR, AND FINALLY ON THE LAST NIGHT WE MOVED A BAG AND VERY SMALL BUGS WENT EVERYWHERE AND HAD THAT HAPPENED BEFORE WE WOULD HAVE BEEN OUT OF THERE. ALL 4 OF US WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE!!! OUR STAY WAS 6-12 UNTIL 6-15-2025

This is an old building and probably has a pretty limited budget for upgrades. The staff was friendly and professional. The room we had was clean, the beds comfortable. We felt the room rate was fare and have stayed in hotels with higher rates that was not in any better condition. The patrons in the next room came in late and played their TV way too loud.
