Nice Hotel
The Hotel appears to being worked on. The pool and hot tub weren't available. I went through their website and nothing was mentioned. This was really disappointing as the hot tub was the reason I booked this hotel. The room was clean and fresh. The hot options breakfast was very nice. The standard later check out was a pleasant surprise.

Our checking out was a mess. We had 4 in our room so tried to each pay separately. The clerk didn’t really know how to manage this so we all got charged incorrectly including one of us getting 5 room charges. I think it will be resolved, but it messed up the accounting of our debit cards.

Very quiet place, but I did not like all construction materials out in the front desk area. I understand you need to update your place but I didn’t see anything indicating there is a construction going on. I am very sensitive / allergy to dust. That did not help my allergy. If you posted onsite I would have chosen someplace else to stay.

Terrible experience. Lobby was almost entirelt enclosed with plastic as work was being done. Place was dirty, cramped and loud. Jackhammers running during the day. Pool closed for almost 1 year but no mention of that on website. Place should be closed during major renovations! Very bad experience.

The staff was very accommodating. I am disabled and they went above and beyond to insure we had everything we needed. The room was on first floor and accessible to everything. It was my first time at the Hampton Inn and will always look for one when I travel. The breakfast was amazing. Had much more than any hotel I ever stayed at. My husband and I were extremely happy with our stay.

The room we were 1st assigned was very dirty. They did move us but we reserved a king and none where available. The 1st room was not a king either. The pool was also closed. That was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel.

Room was very big, was pretty pricy especially for booking really late at night. Beds are very comfortable. Kids were disappointed that the pool was down, it’s half the reason we picked that specific hotel.

It was nice, but the room details, when I was making reservations, were misleading. Some rooms showed non-smoking and some didn't, leading you to believe that the rooms not titled non-smoking were smoking rooms. They are not, I get informed 24 hours before I arrive that I have a non-smoking room. It actually said that I requested it. I'm a smoker, I would have chosen someplace else to stay if I had known. Then, I get to the room and find no ice bucket to get ice from the machine. I mention it and am told that it will be corrected. Next morning, still no bucket, I have to go out to the machine each time I need ice in my cup. I go to the front desk again and was told that she would check with housekeeping and they would bring it to my room. Never happened. As a matter of fact, housekeeping only came to the room to clean on Sunday, and I left Monday morning. The pool and spa was closed. Overall, it wasn't the worst I've seen, but certainly makes me think twice about going to this hotel in the future.
