Disliked: Cleanliness
The carpets in hallway appear to have never been cleaned. They are black and smell terrible. The back door entry is broken so anyone without a key card could gain entry. Not good for safety nowadays. The breakfast was so so and the lady at the front desk was unfriendly and curt and had a scowl on her face. Very average but the carpet's filthy condition and the broken and unsecure door made this a less than average hotel. Too bad.

A complaint sandwich: 1. BAD: Filthy! Carpets were disgusting, stains and debris throughout hallways, stairwell, ROOM - had vomit stain next to bed that could easily have been shampooed. 2. GOOD: TV didn't work but staff fixed very quickly even though it was late. Super accommodating, quick, and friendly (<2 min to room). 3 BAD: Breakfast was sad. Food was mostly no bueno but things got worse from there. The toaster and the microwave are on the same circuit (dangerous) and can't be used at the same time without tripping a breaker. When someone asked about it, kitchen staff had an attitude like the customer should have known better, LOL. Overall, for the price, it was tolerable as long as you keep your expectations low and understand you get what you pay for.

Hotel and grounds need upkeep and cleaning. Rugs at entrance were trip hazards, breakfast items were minimal and yogurt was expired. First room we were given ended up being a handicap room, which we had not requested. The shade and blinds were broken and didn’t open. We were then moved to another room. We would not recommend or stay there again. Handicap parking place near door seemed to be used by staff, car did not have handicap plates or sticker. We have stayed at other Quality Inns before, but this was subpar. Disappointing.
